Paul Woolford – Untitled (Call Out Your Name) [Video]

Posted on Jan 23, 2014 in House, Music Video

Over six months ago, Paul Woolford came out with a song mysteriously called “Untitled.” Though Woolford’s 2013 is looked back upon more for releases from his jungle-heavy moniker Special Request, it’s also the year in which “Untitled” – a piano-plinking, dramatic house track sampling Switch’s 2011 single “I Still Love You” – would go on to become one of the songs of the summer as well as one of the year’s top songs for critics at DJ Mag, Mixmag and Resident Advisor. Woolford’s re-work received support from multiple corners of the dance music pool, from Skream to Pete Tong to Bicep to Ben UFO.

After an initial release on Hotflush recordings, “Untitled” becomes “Untitled (Call Out Your Name)” as it gets an additional release on Ultra Records/Relentless Records. The feline-friendly music video for “Untitled (Call Out Your Name)” can be viewed below (via Thump). As a special treat, viewers can Shazam the the original track to receive a free remix of “Untitled.” Look out for the official record release on Ultra Records (US) on March 9.
