Baauer & BenZel - Rich People’s Theme Song

Cool and confident, “Rich People’s Theme Song” struts to the beat of its own heavy drum. It’s the kind of production that puts Baauer and BenZel ahead of the crowd.

There’s tastes from both parties on the the track, but Baauer’s heavy trap influence leads the way. Most impressive however are the brilliantly placed vocal edits. Changing in pitch and grooving with rhythm, they drive the track with a smooth and steady flow that’s severely lacking in the increasingly mainstream genre.

Baauer, of course, knows a thing or two about creating songs of colossal magnitude, and BenZel just keep breaking new ground. Once you realize who BenZel are, you can really grasp how much potential the duo has. Just 15 & 16 years old respectively (according to their Facebook page) Umi Takahashi and Yoko Watanabe have now collaborated with Baauer on what is sure to be a pretty big track… and they’re just getting started.
