HAIM - Falling (Duke Dumont Remix)

Like a nostalgic daydream, Duke Dumont’s remix of HAIM’S “Falling” is a boundless experience you won’t want to end.

The emerging indie folk/pop group have been remixed into electronica before by Dan Lissvik and Lindstrøm with Prins Thomas, but Duke Dumont takes HAIM to a totally new level. In fact, this yet-unreleased masterpiece bests the original which was already fantastic.

The twinkling 80s melody and soothing strings create an amazingly deep atmosphere that’s full of emotion. Building slowly throughout, the remix pulls you in deeper and deeper before its firework finale. It’s surreal and subtle, but you wouldn’t want any big drops to awaken you from this anyway.

This can’t be real, right?
