Lady Gaga - Burqa (Rex Riot Trap Bootleg)

Lady Gaga’s horde of little monsters were in a frenzy last week after a track from her forthcoming album ARTPOP was leaked. Though all the details on ‘Burqa’ have yet to be revealed, there is not doubt that Zedd is behind the track’s ridiculously massive production.

Without missing a beat, DC-producer Rex Riot has just put out a heavy trap bootleg of ‘Burqa’ that has us absolutely floored. The riotous aural assault wastes no time, drumming boldly towards a soaring build that erupts into an insane flip of the prominent oud riff. Rex’s unique arrangement and sound design really make this track shine (especially the added topline synth during the build), however what really brought it all home was the second half. We’re treated with another invigorating build, but instead of getting the same drop or a slight variation, Rex unleashes a crushing dubstep-laden bomb that will murder dance floors.
