HARD Announces Day of the Dead Line-Up
Not even enough time to recover from our brutal sunburns and sore feet, and already Gary Richards has unleashed another monster line-up for HARD Day of the Dead on November 2 and 3, 2013 at the LA State Historic Park. This two-day line-up has managed to top what we thought was a diverse line-up at HARD Summer, with a big increase in more underground acts like Dusky, Benoit & Sergio, Wolf + Lamb, and Soul Clap, among many others. But worry not, bass-fiends: you’ll have your time with your dubstep staples such as Skrillex, Zeds Dead, Pretty Lights, and Bloody Beetroots (live). Audiences will finally get to see trap-masters Baauer and RL Grime go head-to-head in what will surely be an electrifying, head-nodding, booty-twerking set. Maya Jane Coles, The Magician, and Oliver are some of the acts that make their return to HARD’s (post-) Halloween parties, while those who weren’t able to see him within the last year will be seeing Eric Prydz not once, but twice, as he takes on his techno-matic alias Cirez D the first night. What’s ultimately surprising about this line-up (as if it isn’t already amazing enough) is that HARD is bringing legend and Daft Punk collaborator Giorgio Moroder to LA, and equally legendary OG house music duo Masters at Work are also on the bill.
Tickets go on sale Friday, August 9, at 10am PST. Don’t miss out on this event; as Gary would say: TRUST US.
