Passion Pit - Carried Away (Dillon Francis Remix)

Posted on Apr 3, 2013 in Indie Dance, Moombahton, Remixes

It seems that barely a week goes by before Dillon Francis drops another stunning track. In just over a month we got his VIP ‘Rebirth’ of ‘Bootleg Fireworks’, his official remix of ‘Suit & Tie’ for JT, a brand new original entitled ‘Messages’ featuring Simon Lord, and now another high profile remix for Passion Pit’s ‘Carried Away’. For all his nonsensical bravado and cheeky humor, Dillon Francis does work as a producer.

The remix is bursting with Francis’ euphoric synths and happy-go-lucky vocal splicing. The crunchy acid drop is much tamer than some of his other productions, but it works really well and elevates the song to a new level of indie dance enjoyment. TURN IT UP!
