Pretty Lights - The Day Is Gone (NYE Recap)

Posted on Mar 13, 2013 in Bass, Soul

Pretty Lights fam rejoice. Right before kicking off a spot at each weekend of Ultra Music Festival, the Colorado native has debuted a new single over a YouTube recap from his New Years Eve party at New York’s Roseland Ballroom. The video features all of the essentials for a Pretty Lights NYE: balloon drops, the all-important first kiss, and of course some soulful electro-hip hop vibes. Following his stellar recap of Bonnaroo which debuted “I Know The Truth”, look for “The Day Is Gone” to pick up steam in PL’s live shows in the coming months. It’s described as a track developed specifically for the Roseland parties, and if we’re lucky, we’ll see it released for free as per all of his other releases. Check out more free downloads here.
