Major Lazer - Free the Universe Release Date and New Single

Major Lazer’s new single “Watch Out For This (Bumaye)” has officially arrived alongside a pre-order for the highly anticipated sophomore album “Free the Universe”.

Major Lazer has signed with Secretly Canadian which has announced, along with Mad Decent, an April 15th release for the album (though iTunes lists the album as “expected” April 2nd, probably incorrectly).

The new single “Watch Out For This (Bumaye)” features iconic trumpets which seem to signal the commencing of the long-awaited album (the Major sends his apologies). Busy Signal, The Flexican, and FS Green contribute to the jam which joins the other official “Free the Universe” singles “Jah No Partial” and “Get Free”.

Pre-order “Free the Universe” (available April 15th) and download “Watch Out For This (Bumaye)” on iTunes.
