Krewella w/ Headhunterz - United Kids of the World

Posted on Nov 10, 2013 in Bangers, Hardstyle

Backed by beautiful pianos, a playful chant, and a schoolyard title, “United Kids of the World” might seem anything but hard at first. Enter Headhunterz.

When the reverse bass drops, it completely changes the tone. It creates a nice balance, equaling out what could have been a tacky attempt at capturing a wider, and younger, audience. The vocals still sound forced and the melody lacks any real emotional pull, but the the synths and driving bass line power the track through, giving it an identity it was desperately in search of.

“Rise if you haven’t been heard” the Krewella vocals instruct. With Headhunterz in the mix, being heard certainly will not be a problem.

Pick up the track November 19th and until then, enjoy this preview!
